Beautiful spot to study. Occasionally you can see dolphins jumping in the harbor. It is open to the public. I think late evening hours you have to show student ID, but otherwise open to the public. Not sure on the check out policy. Very comfortable. Quiet levels range from group work on the ground floor to silent on the third floor. A nice arrangement.

Beautiful library on the water. Recently I have been seeing manatees and dolphins in the bay that the library is over looking. The library is quiet on the upper levels and usually has an outlet available for plugging in a laptop or phone. Free internet access is also available even for non-students.

It is open to the public only until 8p.m. Then you need school I'D to enter.
