Terrible store, worse employees. Asked to trade in some games and was refused because the employee was too lazy to do the process himself.

Caylee Z is rude and inexperienced with customers and being attentive to the needs of those in store. Rather than assisting me and the woman infront of me get readily checked out she stood around awkwardly staring at us while she merely suggested calling customer sservice to solve our problem. I dont understand why game stop hires someone in a role like this only to fail.

Service is pretty solid here. Problems today made me review. Tried a trade in of switched game and the lady tried to tell me my game was defective because the pins had some scratches. This from putting in and removing the game from the console. Anyway almost traded anyway. Changed mind at last minute went to another Gamestop for full value. Don't trade with a big lady here.
