The vibes are terrible. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a metaphysical shop ever. The owner is incredibly rude. I bought a statue from them a year ago, and completely regret it after my last experience. Just cannot believe the way they treat their guests. Edit: just foind this on the website: Our philosophy is: Offer the customer the Best Crystals and Gemstones at the best Price, and they will be back! No, no you have it completely wrong, because customer service is number 1. This is what you should also offer in addition to good pricing.

My crystal and stones all come from The Looking Glass. Chris and Sarah are gentle, loving spirits and highly knowledgeable about crystals. The shop is welcoming. I look forward to my visits there. Their stones are of the highest quality. I trust their products.

This store is beyond amazing and a hidden gem! We have visited many metaphysical stores in the Tampa Bay Area and this is one of, if not the best we have been to. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we entered, and felt very comfortable during our visit. The owners, who are husband and wife, were the kindest people and were so very helpful and patient with all of our questions. They allowed us to take our time and look around, even though they were set to close the store for the day. The selection of crystals and jewelry are plentiful and you will find a lot more diversity than in most other stores of its type. The prices were outstanding, and way less than you would pay in most other metaphysical shops. It’s apparent that the owners really care more about their customers and their satisfaction than about making tons of money off of sales. We will absolutely be back to shop at TLG!

Decided to come here based on all the recent bad reviews-which are laughable-and The Looking Glass did not disappoint! There wasn't a single trashy tourist or pompous local in sight thanks to their no loitering and mask policy. I was greeted promptly and offered a basket while I shopped. Shop was clean, labels were informative, prices were fair for the quality and the selection was huge compared to other shops in the area. The owner and his wife were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. I'd 100% recommend this shop to any decent humans in need of metaphysical supplies.

Yes they accept cash... Some good crystals to buy first, clear quartz, amethyst, rose quartz....
They even make sure to tell everyone that anything they touch needs to be handed to them to be sanitized. Everyone is also required to wear a mask.

Not at the moment. In bulk I'm assuming you mean in Pounds? We have about a pound in stock total until we get our next shipment in about a week or so. We carry fire agate, they range based on size and grade. Couple bucks to high end specimens costing hundreds of dollars. All depends on the stone and grade.
They don't like pictures taken in general so I don't believe they do. That being said they are very knowledgeable about the stones and will answer questions very easily... They also have books they have previously shown me.
