John the store manager was awesome. I purchased a unit in an auction online And due to some personal car issues was unable to make it until the 48 hours was almost up but because John was so awesome he understood everything!! So then I didn't know that the payment had to be in cash and he was so understanding that he took the money in all quarters so big thanks to you John hopefully your boss sees this because you definitely deserve a pat on the back for doing a great job at your job this customer was definitely happy

This is a great facility. It is clean and easy to access. Most importantly, John, the manager, is amazing. He is extremely friendly and helpful. He goes out of his way to ensure that his customers are happy and satisfied. One cannot ask for a nice facility and management team.

Highly recommend, this place was great to me! I was looking to find a safe yet financially doable place to store my belongings when having to move under very short notice. I was able to find the best rate and the best customer service here and the assistance was efficient, prompt and very courteous. I have done business with this storage location for three years and I have not a single bad thing to say. John has answered every call over the years with empathy, immediate attention and great customer support anytime I’ve had questions, the matter was resolved in under five minutes or less. The storage is kept clean and just very well-maintained. Going in and out is easy, parking is simple, there are dollies available inside; it’s air-conditioned and size orientation works. I kept things in the storage room for three years and they were found in the same condition I left them in. Thanks to John, who worked with me diligently, I felt at ease while working to get my belonging sorted out during an otherwise stressful time.
