I would like to thank all the staff at the Catskill Library, for all their hard work and attentive service, I would especially like to thank Krystal and give her 10 stars plus, what an excellent worker, she goes above and beyond her duty to help all including her colleagues. I was overly stressed about a letter that needed to be drafted but was grateful for the greeting once I entered the door and the staff's willingness to help. This library is a great place to be. The staff deserves to be awarded for making this a friendly community environment. Thanks again!
