Woman in the check in check out area aren’t very friendly. The way they spoke to patients was downgrading. Made me feel uncomfortable for myself and them. They use manners with an attitude.

Just from the outside, could use better signs. I think it medical imaging and Bone & Joint Center but you wouldn't know from the signs. I guess if you're a regular customer you would know. Double check before heading out if it's your first time.

Why don’t the receptionists there follow simple written instructions? Every time I go there one of them always triggers a PTSD flashback before a vampire visit. I’m going to have to find somewhere else to go that respects me and can read.

A couple of reasons... #1 the instructions weren't clear and or were unable to be followed. #2 they think getting blood drawn isn't really that bad and you need to get over it and become an adult. Okay, #2 is my opinion..
