Great little hike through varying terrain, all relatively easy with some hills. Beautiful views of the marshland from the lookout tower towards the beginning. Trails are clearly marked and color coded which is nice. Beware of the tide which may cause the path in and out to flood

Great place for a walk in nature. Has an overlook which is sturdy and has multiple stairs. But each small set of stairs has a landing with bench so you can go on any level or to the top. Lots of flowers, birds and butterflies. I wasn't able to walk all the trails but where I did walk it was easy and all I had on were sneakers. Will be returning with my camera and more time to spend there.

I didn’t see any birds. And the trails were confusing. So much so that we ended up doing the same trail twice. Was expecting a bit more of a reveal of the estuary and the Hudson from the trail.

Yes

How long do people spend there

To walk the whole trail without going on the other paths you are looking at probably a good half hour walk one way.

Is there picnic Aria? Is it bumpy or muddy? Can u bring stroller?

Picnic area not really. Open space though for a blanket or something. It is all gravel so it will get muddy and bumpy. Probably not the greatest for a stroller, but you never know.
