Cancelled my services 12/28, they then proceeded to bill me hundreds over the course of a couple months despite the fact that I've cancelled it. Upon realizing this error on their part, I called to make them aware and get my money back, I've been on hold for an hour... still waiting, very frustrating.

I've been on hold for two hours. I'm calling to set up a new account after buying a house in Central Hudson's area. Spoke to one person twenty minutes ago that said they couldn't help me. I don't understand how this is a real company. Will be looking into solar immediately.
