After a catastrophic pipe break in our upstairs bathroom, water flooded the house before we could get it shut off. I called Servpro to come out and clean up the standing water throughout the house. They responded quickly -- less than 3 hours later. Katie at the home office helped me navigate the process, and technicians Mikey & Eddie were particularly helpful & professional. I would highly recommend Servpro for their service and professionalism.

Cannot say enough great things about Christen A. She was always available to consult on issues with mold in my daughter's recently moved into apartment. The apartment complex hired another remediation company to treat the apartment. However, Christen A. knew that there was another company doing the work. She had no problem helping me understand the procedures, reports, and time line for mold remediation. As a result, I would have no reservations hiring ServPro of West Orange for any of my future needs concerning their many available services.

Scott Tracy was perhaps the most thorough and comprehensive service professional I’ve ever dealt with. He took the necessary time to analyze the problem, and even found some issues I wasn’t aware of. And at no time did he push services or fees on me. And in fact, his exhaustive report is being used in an insurance claim because it was so professionally done. Can’t recommend Scott enough.
