Their physicians are good. The problem is the organization is understaffed and does not have good access to the physicians when you need them for refills of specialty medicines.

Dr. Blanco and Kim are wonderful. BUT, the front desk is rude and unhelpful. For instance my appt was 830 FOR LABS. I signed in at 8:20. AT 9:20AM THEY CALLED ME FOR LABS. I was done by 9:40am. The waiting room had 8, maybe 10 patients all for different things and it seemed we where all called in basically the same time. IF THE STAFF CANT SHOW UP ON TIME IT MAKES THE PATIENTS HAVE TO WAIT. I HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR!!!!!! But if I was an hour late they would tell me to reschedule!!!! Make your staff come in on time!!!!! Patients time is just as important as the staff's time. How about be polite, considerate and have some empathy. Everytime and I have to listen to the recording saying how much they care makes me want to vomit it's so untrue and liars are my pet peeves. What happened to patient services!!!!!

OMG,when I tell you this was extremely awesome,this appt was awesome,Dr.Matthew F.was so pleasant,he made me feel like I had been coming here for year's and this was my very first visit.he explain all my issues and what need to be done where we're at,the moment and what we're going to do to take my health.This is the most friendly Doctors Office beside my cardiology &primary that I been to.from the check in guard to the first floor to the second floor the entire staff is awesome &extremely friendly and professional,Im looking forward to all my up coming appt.Thank you all for been so friendly and professional god bless you all🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I have been a patient here for nineteen years. The staff is always friendly and eager to help you. It's large and very comfortable. I love my doctors. Will continue to be a patient here for a long time. There is also an office in Brandon. Just as nice as the one on MLK. 2022, I am still a patient here. Some new, some old. This is a wonderful office. Even the patients are friendly. Good COVID precautions have been in place since the onset of the pandemic.
