My husband was brought in via ambulance. We were leery of him being transported to this hospital because of past negative experiences. It’s been roughly a couple years since he was hospitalized here. That experience was very poor compared to the treatment he’s received thus far. From the moment he came in the ER to the moment he was admitted almost the entire staff has consistently been working together to help him get better. There has been a nurse who chose to be kinda lazy and give a little attitude but there are far more good staff than bad. The nurses on his floor have gone above and beyond to accommodate my husbands and my family. I’m very pleased with how he’s been treated this hospitalization. Before I was afraid to leave him by himself. I go home with peace of mind knowing they’re doing their best for him. Most importantly they’re keeping him until they find the answers for his condition and are developing a comprehensive discharge plan.

My daughter needed help and we have been here waiting and waiting It seems dirty and I feel the nurses are over worked and doctors don’t care about their patients. Will DEFINITELY NOT come back if any of my family members are sick. Especially if your family member needs help don’t be fooled with the 5 star reviews please don’t come here stay away!!!

having (for the first time for myself) visited your ER, I was surprised and delighted at the care and understanding of the staff. I just wish I hadn't gone on the night that everyone in central Florida decided to hurt themselves. One suggestion,: at the check in desk if there was a sign that said "Please sign you name on one of the papers at the window" the ER staff in the back went the extra mile to make sure I was OK Hope I never have to go back but if I do need to it will be there

I was submitted to the hospital through Emergency Department early in the morning. My experience since the very first moment was pleasant. On every single step I was taken care by the team of professionals who are really dedicated to what they are doing and are committed to provide excellent service. During my whole stay I was attended by very friendly and caring nurses and doctors who were genuinely interested in providing excellent health care. My stay was nice and the most important my condition improved by the time of discharge which I am grateful for and deeply appreciate every single person who I met at the hospital. God bless you for the hard work you do to make sure that we are safe and healthy. Thank you so much.

They lied to my family about what happened to me in the psychiatric ward they cannot be trusted
I agree
Ideal no body else but sometimes parents and other kids of the patient will be there
Do you have a Cardiovascular Physician service?
Maybe they need to change the hospital's administrator. They have a completely puzzling operation there. Probably be best to try Florida hospital kissimmee
Very Few Hospitals have an open MRI as the diagnostic capabilities of these are inferior to a closed MRI... However, Osceola Regional has 3 GE MRIs... Two 1.5 Tesla units and one 3.0 Tesla... One of them was just installed in July 2017 and features a "Wide and Sort Bore" The biggest opening in a closed unit... to help those patients with claustrophobia... It is also very fast which helps reduce the time in the MRI... Beyond the MRI, the most important comment is the Radiologist who does the reading. Osceola Regional has a large group of top moth heads radiologist in house, vs whatever or whomever they may use at an outpatient open MRI center...
That would have to call the hospital during business hours. I am a simple visitor of sick people. Blessings.
Check with your insurance company to see if they are in-network.
I'm guessing they can't turn you away, but maybe call first. Health care has definitely changed over the years.
Not sure, I had one with no issues.
Please check with your husband's nurse if it is possible at this time.
There's no difference just 1 floor
You obviously don't know, that the COLD keeps Covid alive. The heat kills it. Get educated already!

It depends. When I took my husband in (not long ago), he was seen almost immediately. However, they said that we were in a "lull" and that they had been quite busy earlier. Plus, with the storm coming, I'm sure that they'll be busy.
Nooo
