I came here for a dislocated jaw, I have been here in the waiting room for over 4 hours. The charge nurse came out as per my request and was very helpful but nothing was happening then one of the supervisors of the hospital came out and he was also super. Another hour past and I asked for that same supervisor and one 2 girls from registration try to tell me there was no supervisor and I only talked to a charge nurse, as if I’m crazy. I explained to them I know who I was talking with at two different times and they should not talk to me if they would no listen because it’s rude. One of the registration girls called security on me, security came and to my surprise the security officer was super nice, i explained and he said he wanted to get my side of the story and the was no problem. He asked if he could help me with anything the walked away with no issues after I said no Ty. It seem 3 of the girls from registration have a short fuse, they told security I was bothering them when I was asking intake nurses for charge nurse. Funny, I was not even talking to them and they cut off a conversation between myself and a nurse without knowing I was asking for a complaint form. I’m still waiting going on 5 hours. 40 minutes ago I was told I was 2nd but I still wait in pain. 4 hours ago I had a cat scan done so they can see that my jay is dislocated. I feel like less of a person here. No one even tried to ask if they could help. Just registration girl telling people things in the wrong way. Chose your words carefully and black people who you don’t agree or understand are not all angry black men. Security is not needed for every situation and thank Goodness security didn’t over react to what you told them. I give this Hospital registration girls a 3, check in nurse 5, charge nurse and supervisor 8, security 10

I had two procedures done at the imaging center on the same day. The nurse was quite professional and showed interest in me and not just doing a job. The waiting period was minimal. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit which was the first time at the facility. I would consider using other services offered in the future.

I was skeptical of this facility after reading reviews here but as a patient and a healthcare professional who spent 11 days as an inpatient over 2 months, I can’t say enough good things about the Advent Health Kissimmee location. Every single person I encountered from the moment I walked in the ER until the time I was discharged after admission was top notch. The staff was kind, caring, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and were attentive and professional. I honestly felt like I got top notch care here and I’m so grateful for everyone at this facility who contributed to my recovery. Thank you.

My husband was sent to weeks a go from kindred Hospic to emergency room he staying one day after they was transporting to the room 24/48 hr he was there before the service was bad the nurse not care about he is a hospice pension the 1 st time the room was next to the people had Covid and now he’s was in the same place the room was in bad condition need to paint he was not care to much I was there he was put on the chair he was cold and not blanket and when he was sent home not mask was like he was one care about him that the way there care for Hospic pension they’re there can t be alive to long then wrong my husband had 3 years in hospice care only God’s make decision for him.

True. 4 months ago they refused family members/advocates from staying with patients in the ER. My husband had brain cancer and they told me to wait in my car!!! They need to lose their accreditation.

The only way to figure out that is if you see a doctor in their facilities.. They will give you where you can go for a follow up. Great service 👌🏼

You can call to advent health south campus they have opthalmology in house, but here in kissimme campus not, sorry : l
Advent health Kissimmee does not have a laundry on premises,

I do not see the problem cause is just to remove stiches just in case a letter and a copy of mom ID expalining the situation hope this helps
You do get seen sometimes immediately if not then within 30mins.
