This review is not for Mr Trauring, it is for his associate Mr. McCleary. My significant other hired him for a disability case well after filing his own paperwork and keeping this clown informed he received a denial letter...well the issue is when he was called and asked where the case is at his response was they have your info and will make a determination LIE. This guy got mean and started yelling when he was informed there is a letter dated beginning of September that was sent to all parties. This was not the first time he got angered when asked to do his job. His is the most unprofessional lawyer. Don't recommend him for anyone. I have had Mr Trauring and he was wonderful. Hope he gets this guy out before he ruins his name.

Every since I walked in this place for help with my husbands disability it's been very pleasant, Mr. Mclurie and the staff as well as the paralegal Lia never once say they're not available to answer any questions.

Yes you can. There are multiple steps you can take to win benefits on appeal. The experienced attorneys at James Trauring & Associates can guide you through the complex appeals process and find the best path for you and your family.
Yes, definitely. We’ve represented clients at thousands of appeals hearings. We know the system and how to present your case to a disability judge, so you get the best possible chance of winning benefits.
If you’ve been injured because of another party’s negligence, you could have grounds for legal recourse in a personal injury claim. Call our office today to find out if you have a strong case.
Not without consulting an attorney first. The insurance company only has its own interests at heart, not yours. They’ll want to give you as little compensation as possible. Don’t let them shortchange you from getting full damages for your injuries.
First, you need to tell you employer about your on-the-job injury. Then seek medical attention. After that, contact a lawyer to be safe. These cases can get difficult if not handled properly.
You're entitled to payment for any medical bills resulting from your injury, checks for lost wages or even a lump-sum settlement from your employer for a long-term disability caused by your job injury. Contact us today to see what kind of compensation is fair for you.
It’s the safest way you can navigate through this hard time. We’ll make sure your forms are filed correctly, your deadlines are met, your medical evidence is clear and understandable, and that you’re getting the kind of medical attention you need to substantiate your need for benefits.
Nothing unless you win your case. When you win, our fee comes out of your back benefits, a lump sum given by Social Security to account for the time you waited on a decision.
Our lawyers have more than 30 years of experience fighting for those in need. Whether you have a personal injury case, a workers’ compensation claim or a Social Security Disability case, we know how to win cases. Give us a call today to get started.
