I waited a little over 30 min to see the store employee. When we got ahold of tech support I couldn't understand the guy on the other end of the phone which aggravated me immensely. I, in the end said screw it and got an actual plan and new sim card instead of doing the prepaid. And now I'm paying less and the employee was professional and very friendly. He definitely has earned a promotion. End of story.

I went in to activate my daughter's phone. That was resolved quickly. Then the salesman told us we could save money on a new family plan so we signed up to the plan. The staff are very knowledgeable, especially Brock, and very helpful.

This is the best AT&T store! I am not terribly tech savvy and when it came time to upgrade my phone they were very helpful in every way. They did not try to push me into purchasing a phone, but explained details and made me feel comfortable. When I say "they" in this review it is specifically directed at the salesperson who helped me - Nick. He was calm and patient, never rushed me - leaving me confident that I was getting the best information available. My iphone is working perfectly and I would recommend the St. Albans AT&T store, and Nick, highly. 5 stars!

We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
My line costs 65 a month, not including the cost of financing the phone. My mom's on the line with me so it ends up at $166 per month.
