Planet Fitness at the St. Albans location is always clean, and the staff is always pleasant. I do cardio and there is always a machine available for anytime throughout the day. This establishment now has free weights, I do believe. For the price of $24.99 monthly you cannot beat it.

I've been going to planet fitnesses for about 5/6 years now! This by far is one of the best Planet Fitnesses that I've ever been to! From the staff to the gym itself I give it a 10! All the staff are very friendly, and the gym is extremely clean. I've been going here about 5 months now and enjoy it all the time! Stop by you won't regret it!

I am incredibly aghast at the condition the building is in. The entirety of the establishment is infested with bugs and/or other pests, and the architecture is in ruins. The staff were ridiculing numerous different people, most of them being women or chubby people.

Maighan (St Albans PF manager/5154) approached me with a concern about my membership. To give a bit of back story, my family and I were stationed here back in 2017, and I was assured by a PF employee at the Burlington branch that I wouldn't have any trouble transferring over to the St. Albans branch. Unfortunately, I found out that my account was not properly transferred, that it was only annotated to allow entry, and had not been corrected to allow for proper membership for years. Maighan was the first individual to approach me about this concern and she did so professionally. Moreover, she was attentive and understanding of my concerns. She also took the time to provide a solution to this long-standing predicament. As a prior Air Force SSgt, I have a bad habit of holding my standards a bit too high, however, Maighan exceeded them. It's not an easy task to give potentially upsetting news to an individual, however her outstanding professionalism and attention to detail was impressive and I do believe that she is definitely someone to be commended.
