Just walked and u was greeted with “we are not taking any clothes today sweety - it’s just two of us.” No alternative was offered. I live near Lake Nona so it was a waste of a trip. It’s 1p and they close at 5p at minimum I could of been offered to leave it today and pick up tomorrow.

They have a good selection at this location. The bad part is that it seems like they have EXTREMELY limited buying, maybe only 1-2 hours of the day, and they have now adjusted their hours closing early and haven’t updated it online. My suggestion before visiting this location is to call EACH time! 1. To make sure they’re even open and 2. To make sure they’re buying that day if you’re selling to them. Don’t waste your time driving there and being disappointed! Call first!

Employees will sit and complain about the work in front of customers. Store is clean and organized and well priced. Some prices are high but most are pretty good. Most staff are please to to customers other than when complaining about work.

Because we're short staffed, we have to have a set time for the Buy area to be open. If we notice the wait time exceeds 3 hours, and it's past 1pm, we reserve the right to close the Buy area early so that the employees that did show up have time to handle the clothes, customers, and still keep up with the store.
