For the pass 4yrs going to this clinic I've been having problems with the doctors asking dumb questions. Try refer me or try to think that they were always right for ever Dame thing.

I had my pharmacy request refill from PFMC as per the clinic's policy. The clinic's wait time for refill is a reasonable 3 business days. It has now been 8 business days and no meds. My refill includes blood pressure medication which should never be suddenly and completely stopped! This is putting my health and perhaps my life in grave danger. I have been going to PFMC for more than 2 decades so I have seen the good and the bad sides of the clinic but I have never witnessed this degree of ineptness before. This is the third time in the past 2 years that I have not received med refills in a timely manner! Trying to contact them by phone is an exercise in futility as the last time I attempted this I hung up after 2 hours of waiting. The clinic"s app 'My Chart' is once again not allowing me to schedule a time to see my doctor. I would usually try to email the doc through My Chart but the last time I did that it took her 3 months to respond. The CMAs read the emails prior to sending them on to the doctor. I am now trying to outline a formal complaint that I will submit to the State of Alaska Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Health Care. This is difficult because my refill also contained medication vital to my mental health. I hope that by filing this complaint PFMC will be persuaded to correct the very serious problems they have concerning timely refills and other problems that are affecting their ability to be a viable clinic.

I will never take my child (infant) here again. For a lot of reasons. 1 her pediatrician was assigned at providence when I gave birth he was awesome and super nice but was never there when she needed an appt. 2 the nurses gave my baby her shots all separate instead of 2 nurses come in to give them at once. 3 my child had pneumonia (I didn't know it was at the time) she sounded horrible and they did NOTHING for her. The next day I took her into the ER and they couldn't believe she sounded the way she did and they did nothing they could tell it was pneumonia before the xray proved it! I take her somewhere else now and we just had her well baby and it was SO much better care there! I hate complaining but my baby was very sick and could have gotten a lot worse.

Currently been on hold for the past 32 minutes, which is totally normal for this place. I love my doc, she does listen and tries to find solutions, but the overall extreme length of time waiting to speak with someone, the inflexibility with scheduling and then seeing just the same copy/paste responses on here, I cant give any higher then a 2*. Hopefully I get a different response then the 5 people below me, but I doubt it.

Best to call them for specifics.
Call at exactly 8a or between 12 and 1p. There's no dedicated operator over there, so it's hard for them to catch calls. Or just go in person.
They do, but it is easier to call and make an appointment
