Bob Lyles and the RCL team built a new, custom designed home for me. The process was incredibly professional, construction was first class, he managed the timeframe and communicated extremely well and the outcome was beyond our expectations. RCLs post-construction follow up was equally superior - helping us as we needed assistance and guidance. I highly recommend the RCL team for your next project.

Bob and his team are always in tune with what is happening at the work site. Wayne Bradford, the superintendent assigned to our project was super in every way. Always on top of the tasks at hand and never says no or “it can’t be done”. We never had a harsh word and most delays a hearty laugh. I would hire RCL again for any project big or small. Regarding cost competitiveness, RCL was 10%+ below the other bidders. We have been in the remodeled house for over a year and it still looks great. Any issues that have come up after completion, Wayne was right there to address the issue no questions asked. (Very few I might add and none as a result of RCL work directly.) Wayne even completed some not contracted work and his fees were more than reasonable.

I have seen there work. I know a lot of their employees. Would I hire them? Absolutely. My problem was being told they would call back and didn't. If you're ok with that you'd probably give them 5 stars. The quality of their work is as good as anyone in town. I heard the owner was great to work for. That was my intention.
