I spent more time in the waiting room then I did with the doctor (40 minutes waiting/10 with the doctor). My second visit same thing (50 minutes waiting/10 with the doctor). The doctor’s never seem to be on time and they do not value my time. I asked if Dr. Graff is always late, she said yes. Seems ridiculous! I will say dr Dr. Graft is really nice.. but time wasted is time wasted!
