Went to the store looking for t-shirts. The entire area was a complete mess with clothes all over the floor. Staff doesn’t seem to care. They walk pass the mess like they don’t see it.

I don’t know what’s going on with this store but it’s a hot mess! Clothes thrown on the floor, empty shelves, not enough cashiers and no type of organization. This Owings Mills location needs help!

This store is pretty good, but check the prices yourself before buying. I’ve had multiple cases where the prices you see on the tags ring up for higher than they say. They don’t change the prices and then ring you up and make you pay more than you want to.

I have watched two staff members would the carts off in the store and pushing then to allow people to take them. I have seen this in multiple occasions.
