No follow up until I insisted on one after colonoscopy and banding for hemorrhoids. No written report after colonoscopy. Never was told I had banding for internal hemorrhoids, I thought I was getting banding for external hemorrhoids. Never was told I had diverticulitis. Lack of communication. After 7 weeks of chills and diarrhea, I had to get answers from another doctor who put me on antibiotics to resolve my symptoms. Long wait times for both procedures and follow that I had requested.

I highly recommend Dr Galliano to anyone who is having gastrointestinal issues. Dr Galliano made me feel at ease going into my procedure by giving me detailed information beforehand. He went as far as verifying results by going through several methods to ensure that his diagnosis was accurate. The procedure itself, was performed as explained using robotic technology. Recovery using this procedure was quick and uneventful. I would also like to say that the clinical and administrative staff were exceptional. They were extremely knowledgeable and communicative. I appreciate their patience with me throughout this time.
