I cannot say enough praise about this dealership. Where to start: honest, straightforward, run by adults and treat people respectfully. I live in Naples and have to drive by another dealership to get to Black Widow. It's well worth the drive. Enough said!

Black Widow might be okay if you own a newer H-D, I suppose. Took my 1984 over there for work because they said they could/would do it, no problem. Brought it over once they stated that the parts were in from Harley. They kept it for a week from that point. After calling for an update after a few days, they told me it may need another part. When asked if they knew it actually needed the part, they responded "no, but most of them do." It was an expensive part only available in the aftermarket. I said I'd get the part, but they were not to open it unless the part was actually needed. At that point it became "we really don't want to take it apart, because it may leak when it's done." If it didn't leak when I brought it in, why would it leak when done (if done properly)? So.... they had it for a week, they never even did anything (at one point, the advisor was fairly grumpy telling me that they were working on it), and finally told me that they didn't really want to work on it - she said they weren't refusing to do the job, though.... Seriously, why would I have them now start on it a week later, not having done anything with it (other than storing it out back), and keep explaining what good shape it's in but they really don't want to take it apart? I haven't been back there since. I did talk to H-D factory customer service directly about my experience. Don't know if they ever contacted Black Widow...

Had an excellent visit here!! They were still under construction and they were making the best of it. The staff is super nice and helpful. We ended up getting our new helmets from them and got a smokin deal! Go get caught in the web! You'll have a great time!

Took my beautiful 2021 Sportster in for its first service. This was my first ever motorcycle and loved it from the moment I took possession. I bought it after having taken the riders class at Bert’s. I felt like it was a great first bike for me. After riding it for 6 months I soon found myself tired after riding long trips. While on site to pick up the sportster from service, I was wondering the sales yard checking out the different style bikes. I didn’t know much and was basically intimidated by there size. Kevin a great salesman working at Bert’s came out and answered all my newbie questions. 1 particular bike really caught my eye. He went over all the pros of owning a larger bike. With wobbly knees we went for a test drive. First 1/4 of a mile I was still pretty nervous. He simply said wait to make an opinion til the return trip. Within minutes I was comfortable and feeling saver then ever on a bike. By the time we rolled back into Bert’s I knew my sportster was soon going to need a new home. I took possession of the bike with the utmost of confidence in this purchase. Kevin is a fantastic highly educated sale person who made sure to thoroughly educate me in all aspects of the new ride. He has been over the top helpful to me and doesn’t make any of my multiple questions seem trivial. As a new rider he has given me more confidence via education then I could have ever obtained by myself. I give Kevin at Bert’s Black widow a thousand thumbs up and even more thank you’s.

yes....they do rent Bikes!
The event calendar is not showing a ride. I would call them to check and see if there is going to be a ride.
Don't know about club but they do have events shows and flea markets
They give the required state course to get your endorsement. Oncenypu pass you still have to go to the DMV to have it added to your license but all testing is done at the store.
Too many questions they need to ask. Call them. Great group.

It Varies by the day.
Transportation fee is $50 within the service area around it. As stated above, call for a quote if outside the greater Englewood, port charlotte, Punta Gorda and North Port area, but distance isn't much more if close by.

If you are doing it yourself, all new tires come with a high speed balance mark on them. It's a green or red circle stamped on the side wall. Line that up with your valve stem and it will be perfectly balanced.
