What good is bedside manner if you don't answer calls, your billing is way off with no explanation or ability to request information unless you schedule an appointment just to billed again. Staff is rude and full of excuses as to why they don't answer calls, respond to voicemails and can be of no help to you when you drop to ask what you couldn't ask on the phone. What a horrible experience this was for me. The procedure went well but that was the end of it. Staff and doctor are unresponsive and clearly don't care. Never again.

Dr Joseph did 2 very difficult procedures on me and I couldn't have been in better hands. I felt so confident with his ability, I even traveled from NC to our Florida home so that I could be under his care. While these were done awhile ago, I wanted to write this review since I felt he was extremely professional, kind, and spent time explaining things to me. That is why, when a doctor is thorough in talking to his patients, I never mind if he or she is late since I know they will also spend additional time with me if I might need it. He is a wonderful doctor.

I had the same issue with them! I didn't get an appointment until I called my referring doctor and told her I needed to go to someone else who answered the phone or at least returned messages. THEN I got service.

I usually have to leave a msg and they call me back. I know that they have the answering service answer phone calls until 230p
Only thing I can tell you is remember his surgery days are Tuesday and Wednesday the girls are there Wednesday afternoon it's easier to stop by and you might as well forget about Tuesday I know he does appointments Wednesday afternoon Thursday and Friday I would just go down there to his office and make an appointment usually when I try to call they're very busy. I understand I was in a lot of pain last week and we've got it all taken care of remember office opens at 9:30
