The service is great with the exception of one lady. Not sure about her name but she literally goes out the way to be a b!tch. I call it how it is. Good room and location but that lady needs let go of.

I would give this place more stars of I could! It's not resort quality, but it is nice...and clean! The staff were amazing and made an otherwise bad trip a great one!!!

Be very careful with this place apperances are only skin deep. The room was actually pretty well taken care of. I wanted to give it a good review but the bed was horrible and I literally left early like 5am early after showering and getting packed up. That's about 99% of why you get a hotel room is for the bed. The front staff at check in was delightful but even that was ruined by the morning staff. Who when I went to check out was sitting out front bundled up in a comforter looking like she was homeless sitting in the front stoop! What the heck kind of image is that! Then I know she didn't check me out properly because she only made a copy of my registration card. Too bad for all of this cause it would have most likely been a good stay.

Horrible stay. Refused to change room. Paid deposit never got returned. Lied to lied on. Rude comments about wife made under assumption I didn't understand the language being spoken. -5 stars
