Im not sure why the receptionists feel they need to look up my info when I specifically ask for my case manager that I have already spoken to. The receptionist are trying to feel important and have zero clue at what is going on. When I call and ask to speak to my case manager that should be it. My call should get transferred. I DONT NEED HELP FROM THE FRONT!!! I NEED MY CASE MANAGER. Its none of the RECEPTIONIST BUSINESS WHY IM CALLING POINT PERIOD BLANK!!!! DO BETTER UNION COUNTY.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 weeks with no response. Then when i do actually get a real person on the phone they have an excuse as to why they cant help me that day. Asked for a supervisor and they sent me to their voicemail about 5 days later and still no response. Terrible service.
