Dr. Bagan has helped multiple members of my family (and myself) over the years. He's an excellent surgeon, and just as nice a person. He and his staff communicate consistently with their patients, and always make working with them easy. Always a great experience (other than the need for surgery) with Dr. Bagan and his staff.

I’m sure Dr. Bagan is a good doctor, I am retired and have insurance from the World Trade Center Health Program as a responder during the 9/11 attacks, the United Healthcare program that funds the cancer screening pays well and saves me out of pocket expenses, when I brought the packet with my insurance card I was rudely refused medical care unless I used my primary insurance. I believe the person’s name was Terry, the billing boss. The day before the initial consultation I got a phone call and was told to find another doctor.

Dr Bagan and his team do an awesome job! All of his staff have great people skills and make you feel very comfortable. Dr Bagan has a great bedside manor and laughs at everyone of my bad jokes!! I appreciate that!

I would highly recommend Dr. Bagan. I Went to Dr. Bagan for a colonoscopy procedure. He is a great and caring Doctor. Everyone at The Murdock Surgery was Great and very attentive. We need more Doctors like Dr. Bagan. This was my first colonoscopy. He took time to explain the procedure to me and followed up with me immediately when the results came back. He also proceeded to to take time to set up appointments with a colon surgeon and the oncology center that would further my treatment. He really cares about his patients. His staff is also friendly, very caring and helpful.
