My experience at Midas by far was the best one i’ve ever had getting my car done. Mike the assistant manager was super sweet, friendly and helpful. Cas the one actually working on my car did an amazing job with my car i ended having more work needed but they broke it down for me and helped explain to my understanding. Not to mention i didn’t really have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in and get everything done. My niece came along and mike the ASM was super kind to her and kept her entertained. I’ll definitely be coming again even if it’s a bit always from my house 100% worth the trip! Thank you guys for such a great experience!!

Brunswick Midas has always treated us very well. I don't worry if we're getting the run around, they are always truthful and tell us how it is. I.e. You should get xyz done but you don't really have to get it done now. Or, hey I noticed the rear windshield wiper blade is broken, we can do it or you can do it.

I had tires delivered to Midas and had set a 12pm appointment to have them mounted and balanced. The service associate who scheduled my appointment asked if I was dropping or waiting and I confirmed that I would be waiting. I know that mounting tires only takes about an hour for 4 tires. When I arrived for my appointment they said it would be a couple of hours. I asked like 2 hours and they couldn't give me a definite time frame. Michael stated most people drop off, and when I told him that I had told the associate that I would have to wait his excuse was "oh well I didn't make the appointment." I took my tires to Mavis and they had my oil change and tires completed in an hour and a half. Avoid this place they will waste your time.
