SAFETY RECALL ISSUE This is my opinion and should be taken as such. As a kid I have gone there with no problems.(1995) We have been going to another mechanic who has now retired.... Our first trip away from him was to Kelly's Tire. Steering wheel was a bit askew while driving straight. They had to cut 2 tack welds that were put on due to a SAFETY RECALL. They stated that they didn't know why the welds we're there, BUT.....they could not weld it back after they cut the welds. When questioned about the SAFETY RECALL..... They had never heard of that before and that there is more to this story than appears. We agreed that the welds needed to be cut off to make the repair. But the fact that this SAFETY RECALL was not known about or even acknowledged is the problem that we have. I think that the MAN was offended by my WIFE who had brought the vehicle in was the main problem. WILL NOT RETURN... EDIT..... Well.....returned now I am 0-2. There will not be any opportunity to go 0-3.

We were traveling from Southern CT to MA on 395 when our tire warning light went on. The air pump at Citco would only let air OUT of our low tire. Fortunately we found Kelly’s. The female owner was fabulous!! She immediately attended to our car while training a new young employee. I can’t say enough good things about the expert and friendly customer service. I highly recommend this establishment - their excellent treatment of a stranger in need bodes well for how they would attend to any customer. Thank you Kelly’s Tire!!

I was shopping a set of new tires awhile back and I almost bought them from Kelly's. My Hyundai dealer had, oddly enough, the best price, and I needed 50K mileage service, so I went there. Since then, I've come in once to have tire pressures checked on another car. They were more than gracious to do it promptly and without charge (I did give the kind attendant a nice tip). All in all, quite a nice place.
