I used to come here often, but I won't anymore. The bald man who works at night (night manager?) is disrespectful person who insulted me intentionally. More than that, he's bizarre: He talks through the mic like a ring-leader at a circus or an 80s game show host. It's weird and off-putting All I wanted was dinner, not entertainment and disrespect. Clearly, this unhappy person deperately wants attention and dislikes people like me. I really hope he gets the help he obviously needs. I feel sorry for the employees who work with him. They are usually really nice, on the ball, and very respectful.

On the few occasions I opt for "fast food"...Wendy's is my go-to over the other mega-chains...However, THIS location will no longer have my business. The level of incompetence at this facility is actually mind boggling....the wrong (simple) order. Not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times for a basic eat-in order...the blank and unapologetic stare back at the comsumer says it all...don't waste your time here. Go across the street to Subway or *cringe* McDonald's 200 ft away...at least you'll get what you ordered and not wait an HOUR to eat...and you'll get a receipt...and napkins...and ketchup...and...etc...etc...

Every time I go to this location theyre out of product. I ordered a chili which was soupy and they ran out of spoons. Not only that but I was pulled forward to wait for nuggets and they were raw. Ever since they've gone under new management Putnam wendys has gone down hill!

I've been hearing so much about their breakfast and finally got to try it. This particular Wendy's on this morning was no exception as to how phenomenal the gentleman at the drive thru window was. We ordered the Honey butter chicken biscuit and seasoned potato with Simply orange juice. He was so friendly and nice as he took our order. As we approached the window he was smiling and took our 💰. A few seconds later he apologized and said he only had 1 biscuit ready at the moment and gave us options to wait (which would have been long) or he said he could do 1 with a sweet bun. We chose the bun. Few minutes later he walked out to our car and delivered the food advising us he up sized our potatoes. I was impressed with both service we received as well as the meal. Both biscuit and bun butter chicken were amazing! If you do get a chance to try it, I promise you won't be disappointed.
