Personable, professional, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable that is what you will get with Northern Routes! Great experience with Beth selling my home!

Beth was recommended to me by the mortgage loan officer I was working with. The house I recently purchased is my third. Additionally, I had to manage the sale of my father’s house when he passed. Before this purchase, I’d never been happy with the agent representing me. They all seemed to be trying to talk me out of what I wanted and into with the seller (or buyer in the case of my father’s house) wanted. I had a very dim view of real estate agents. Beth is different. She listened to us and she advocated for us. I felt that she really was working for us. She made it clear her goal was not to sell us a house, but to help me find the house that would make us happy. She succeeded. The house we bought is incredible – we love it. Additionally, her knowledge and experience proved invaluable. She knew what to look for when viewing houses, and would pinpoint potential problems. She would always determine how the house was placed in relation to the rising and setting of the sun so we would know which rooms would get light when. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

YES!! A consumer basically assesses your home in the first 6-10 seconds of seeing it so curb appeal matters! Seal coat the driveway, tidy the shrubs, freshen up the mulch, power wash if needed and paint the front door if you can!
My answer to that question is: No. When I bring prospective buyers through the home we like it tidy and clean. We also like to see that there is love in the home and by that I mean that we get to know a little bit about you through your decor and furnishings. Remove most of your photos but keep a few of your favorites -- that gives us a sense of who you are too!
Once your home is listed on your local multiple listing service, it can be viewed by over 4,000 local subscribers. Agents will request showings via an app (more on that in a blog post at www.Northern-Routes.com). Once a buyer submits an acceptable offer then it takes the attorneys, inspectors, and lenders approximately 6-8 weeks to close. The reason for that is that the home needs to be inspected, the bank appraiser has to come to assess the home and its amenities, and title must be ordered. Once the buyer receives their clear to close the file then the attorneys will schedule it and close the paperwork and handing over the keys!!
