My mother lived in a 2 story house and needed the stairlift to get upstairs. The salesman came and sold us a very nice lift. The installer came and installed but it didn’t fit a person to get up the stairs because the salesperson measured wrong. So the salesperson came back and we had to get a different one. That one was fine. He also told us that when the time came, the company would come back and they would buy it back for half of what we paid. This was November 2020. Mom passed July 2021. We called to have it uninstalled and the company said they’d buy back for $300.00. We paid $3500. This unit is less that a year old. I don’t recommend buying from this company

All of these men have amazing personalities and they all are extremely genuine people, they work hard and are always on time. I appreciate their kindness and generosity as they are working throughout the day. Not only are the men on this job hard workers but as well as the women in the office, the lady on the phone Was extremely outgoing and overall enthusiastic I really appreciated her time and commitment to helping me out. The equipment (lift chair) worked without a problem for 5 years. More importantly the personnel were more than kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. We were most impressed when the company arranged for the lift to be donated to a needy client. Thrilled to pass it on.

I have never seen a company with such hard working individuals. Yes it's a family member that owns it but when it came time for my mom to get a stairlift, i knew just who to call! Terry was at her house the same day and Joe installed the lift the next morning on a Saturday! Knowing them both and how quickly they responded to her needs, i am confident in saying without a doubt they are the best company in the business and take pride in their work and their company. Mom is happy & so are her kids! Happy New Year for sure!
