Mike is the best. He's great at explaining, patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and makes painful medical issues tolerable. He’s very easy to work with. The staff is wonderful and friendly.

Bodies In Motion Physical Therapy is a well equipped place, where my highly professional therapist Sara has helped me recover from an injury or cope with the common aches of old age. I can highly recommend them. Eleanor Cripps

I have been to Bodies in Motion on and off for a few years now for different issues. They are always cheerful, fun, and absolutely expert in their field. Fantastic therapists, helpful and welcoming front office staff, and a lovely pervasive all-around great atmosphere. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

LI have worked with many physical therapists over 50 years of frequent injuries. Lynn and Ana at Bodies in Motion are near at the top of the list. I’m hyper-mobile and prone to injury and the cumulative effect of many years of favoring injured joints left me with a noticeable twist in my posture and gait. Ana identified the source of many of my problems on my first visit for a severe back spasm. I have been getting stronger without injury since her treatment. Lynn is a hand specialist in addition to practicing general PT. Now that my body is stronger I’m using my hands more vigorously and they started to hurt. It turns out they are getting twisted too. I’m working with Lynn to strengthen my hands in ways that allow me to use them more effectively. She has many techniques and tools to help issues specific to hands. My strength is improving and I can do more work without pain. BiM does not use assistants to supervise exercises. The therapists teach you to do the exercises correctly and watch to make sure your form stays good. Because the therapy and the exercises are in the same room the therapists are always available if you have a question. If you are a very private person you might not like the open layout. I like it because there is a positive energy in the room with everybody working to get healthy. The practice is easy to work with. The admin staff are very organized, helpful, and friendly. They are very good at working with insurance. Communication is excellent. The building has free parking and BiM has several reserved spots in the underground garage.

Questions & Answers

I have had 4 back surgeries (fusion) - last one to remove all screws. Need a physical therapist who really understands backs. I have a referral for PT from my surgeon.

I did not have surgery for my three fractured vertebrae but I have had PT since mid October. I have been very pleased with Bodies in Motion.

Where is parking?

Free parking is located in the garage. You can park anywhere not reserved for another office/business/potential tenant. There is more parking located on the lower level (P1), along with reserved spots specifically for BIMPT patients (look for the blue and white signs). Take note of the elevator on the lower level - the correct elevator is diagonal from the bottom of the ramp you came down (the farther elevator is residential).
