At this point we should be able to go into the appointments with our animals. At the very least if they require drop off, we should be able to pick them up within an hour from their appointment. Today we dropped off our dog for a 9:30 appointment and told us that he would be done no later than 5pm. Covid does not prevent them from keeping a schedule. It is cruel and unfair that our dogs are kept in a kennel all day because they cannot be timely and efficient. It is expected that they keep to a schedule so that our pets do not have to suffer. Not to mention, we pay monthly for pet insurance and they do not call to alert us when our pets vaccinations are about to expire. When we try to make an appointment the next availability is months away. Our dog is 11 and one thing is for sure, we will not using Banfield for any of our next animals.

My pet had an appointment at 10:30 am and I arrive at 10:36 am. Upon arrival the front desk ask me to take a seat while she check out another person. Following that she accuse me me of being late and made me wait while she served other people. I will not be returning to the place. They have awful service.

Just horrendous service. From the incompetent front desk staff to the constant pushes to sell you unnecessary services for your dogs... don't bother complaining, as Kate, the 'manager' is a child, like the rest of the incompetent employees there. (There's one guy there, Victor? Sorry if I'm wrong about the name, but he's great. The rest? Wow; rude, ineffective and unable to communicate. The finest the 'Z' generation has to offer). They'll be living with their parents until they're in their 30's.Don't be lazy like I was...leave this place and go to one of the many qualified vets in the area. "Just look at the reviews Jack!"-Joe Biden Update: I just got off the phone with my new vet. From the first phone call, wow, what a difference. Professional, pleasant and efficient. There's a better way people!

This location is just too burnt out and overworked. Their doctors and associates look overwhelmed, no one has time to answer the phone, their patient board is always overflowing with names with a small staff, and all the examinations and procedures are rushed. Patients get zero communication with the doctor on-site since they're so busy, so a lot of information gets lost in translation. There are also so many last minute charges and fees, expect your bill to be twice or three times the amount they initially mentioned–and this is all with the wellness program. I've already spent more than $3,000 the past two months just dealing with my dog's cushings disease. I just want to make it clear, it's not any of the employees or doctors fault. I can see they're doing their absolute best. Management is to blame for the chaos.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
