I visited this location while on vacation made a purchase to find out when I got home finance charges made the item double then its being sold for. They got me twisted. I feel like they tell you anything for the sale. Joke on you because as soon as got home they got it back. NOT HAPPY TOOK ANNIVERSARY GIFT BACK! HAPPY I DIDNT' HAVE TO GIVE MY FIRST BORN FOR THE ITEM.

Their service is simply the best. I have a watch manufactured by HStern. Their closest store for me would be in NY. This model in particular requires batteries and I needed to swap for new ones. I was pointed out that this store might be able to resolve my situation. Mr. Abdallah, their watch expert is simply a genius. In a very efficient manner he was able to bring my beloved watch back to life. Their service is top notch, the store is very pleasing. I will come back to them for my future watch needs.

I can't say enough about this store, their friendly & helpful staff to their Store Manager, Lisandra Gonzalez, she is simply amazing! She has been helping us every step of the way since my boyfriend purchased some jewelry for me about a month ago. My ring had to be sent out to be sized & when it got returned to the store, we noticed that it was missing a diamond. Lisandra Gonzalez had my ring shipped out that day with a rush on it. When it returned the 2nd time, the same diamond was still missing. She immediately called the company and spoke to them directly about the problem, she then gave me a brand new ring & said that it will be sized tomorrow so that I can pick it up tomorrow evening. She made a rather frustrating situation into a very pleasant experience & handled it with extreme professionalism. We will continue to go back to this store for all of our jewelry needs! They are literally the best jewelry store staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
