I walked into the location looking to purchase a watch battery. I informed the lady of which model number I needed. She had brought out a battery that was not the matching item number. I informed her that it is for a citizen watch. Then she proceeded to tell me I would not be able to change the battery myself, repeatedly. It is not my first time changing the battery. All I wanted was to make a purchase and be on my way. Not be insulted that I am incapable of performing a task.
