Arrived today to purchase a new bracelet for my wife. She brought with her 3 additional pieces to be cleaned only to be told it would be 48 hrs. Nothing more from the gentleman with grey hair as he stood and looked at his phone. Not even a sorry is there anything else I can help you with. He projected a feeling of “we weren’t important enough to waste his time on. Very different from the last few times we had purchased there, maybe should have lead with the purchase first.

Dont bother going. You'll get better service on the website at least you dont have Shop workers on minimum wage judging you before you are even asked if you need help or served makes you laugh. Pathetic. One idiot worker took a look at us and said 'get someone else to serve them' i probably earn 10 times your salary you pathetic loser. Great way to represent your brand. Shame as we were looking to buy something to complete my partners set amd as we are on holiday from the UK it would have been nice to get it here as a memento (even though its more exspensive than the UK stores) considering the US is meant to be great at customer service i feel you need some training from the UK stores. A lot better and you are not judged

I come to the Mall at Millenia often and I usually stop at Tiffany to shop for jewelry. On two separate occasions I have viewed rings valued anywhere between $90,000 and $420,000 right on the showroom floor, not in a private room. Today, I asked to see a ring valued at $110,000 and was informed that I’d have to view the ring in a private room due to the price. Once the salesperson (Jade? Jane?) asked me to take a seat, she retrieved the ring and then the manager stood outside the room. Clearly, they seat people in a private room to deter theft. I asked how the sales people determine who does and doesn’t get shown to a room. She said something about it being a rule, stated she was a “rule follower,” and I told her about my most recent in-store experience. Mind you, the manager could hear all of this and said nothing. My previous salesperson acknowledged the rule but said she wasn’t going to show us to a room, which means the rule is a suggestion, as well as discretionary. Interestingly enough, the last few times I’ve visited the store have been with my white husband, who was absent on today’s visit. This store is highly discriminatory. If you’re a person of color, spend your money elsewhere.

We got our wedding bands here! Loved the service and environment. Wasn't intimidating at all and was actually surprisingly warm and welcoming.

They have perfumes 🙂

They are very good. There is someone who will let you in, which stops crouding. Also everyone has a mask, and you are offered hand sanitizer when you enter
