If you are in need of an Engagement Ring or really any type of beautiful Jewelry look no further!! Kristie and Pierre are literally the best! I started my journey about 3-4 months before my proposal and went to so many places. It started in New York's famous Diamond District and after went to numerous other brand name companies. No body was really able to fulfill my needs because I had a custom ring and apparently there is a shortage of Diamonds now too!! As it got closer to the proposal my nerves got worse and my gray hair count was increasing rapidly! I was in Orlando and just said let's see if Jared can help, I walked in all in a rush and said I have two weeks until I propose and I need a custom ring as soon as possible. Pierre greeted me as soon as I came in and could tell I was under a lot of pressure, he then shortly showed me a sample of the ring and said that they could have it made to my exact needs. He then introduced me to Kristie who then sat me down, came up with the exact design I wanted and more. To top if off not only did I get way a bigger rock with excellent symmetry, excellent color, excellent everything and certified by none other than GIA they charged me a fraction of what I was originally getting ready to pay!! Kristie and Pierre not only saved the day but also made the day so much better. The ring is literally perfect!!! They made the best day of our life possible and my now fiancee couldn't be happier with her engagement ring. I had to get a previously purchased ring repaired and went to the Jared on Conroy and Millenia. Ian set up the repair service. He even called to give me a status update on the progress, which was very nice! When I returned to pick up the ring, Doris assisted me. She was very helpful as well. I appreciated the professionalism they both showed. My overall experience was pleasant and I will definitely continue to be a Jared customer for years to come!
