I went to this Hoffman Car Wash for the first time a few days ago. The facility was very modern and includes free vacuums for customers to use. I purchased an "Ultimate" exterior car wash. I was frustrated that there were still bug guts on the front of my vehicle, despite the sophisticated machinery that was used. Aside from the front, my vehicle came out clean, leaving no water spots.

Pleasant and great employees I was greeted and employee talked me though the process on how to proceed though the car wash with a smile on his face I give them 2 thumbs up I will always take my car there for car washed

Got the unlimited plan so I stop frequently to wash off the pollen, dirt, salt ect... free vacuums great value.

Was having problem with my unlimited membership and was getting frustrated but Bill, who I believe is the AM, did a fantastic job of calming me down and went above and beyond to get the issue fixed and resolved. GREAT WORK BILL!!!
