I paid $10 to have my car look the same. These automated car washes are a rip off. Next time I'm going to a hand wash and doing it myself. Never using an automated car wash again anyway

Decent brushless car wash; however, they do not offer enough wash options. The basic package used to include undercarriage and side wash options. Now, you have to pay for the upgrade 2nd level wash for these options. But those of us with ceramic coatings, we cannot use wax, or it can hurt the finish! So, I had to go to a competitor in order to wash the undercarriage.

Isn't the best way to wash your car, but when your regular detailer is unavailable, it gets the job done. $10 for a touch less wash, sure it doesn't get as good of a clean as someone washing and scrubbing the car themself, but it's better than nothin

Got the $12 wash. Just as dirty and bug covered as before the wash. I used bug and tar remover prior to the wash. Truck is ceramic coated and should have at least rinsed clean with pressure. Even left a film on the grille.
