Large, clean store with lots of variety. I usually use the curbside option and they are very prompt and friendly.

I really liked the store. There is a wide variety of baby clothes and all of them are very beautiful. The employees are not very attentive, but they are polite. The store has easy access and I had no problem finding a vacancy and parking. I recommend it! 😊 P.S: here in Brazil, we don’t have clothes with this price and quality.

Walked in the store to get a picture day outfit for my baby girl and 90 percent of the cloths are long sleeves and sweaters and wool leggings. Meanwhile we live in Florida and it’s the beginning of September. I’d love to see who evers idea this was to walk around with a sweater today.

Great Sales as always. Must have been a slow night or too many people working because I was in the store maybe 45 mins and asked at least 4 times if I needed any help. I was also asked 2 times if I needed a basket. Pusy and over eager sales people is a huge no no in retail and one thing I hate when I shop at brick and mortar stores. I love Carters and the sales are awesome, so I will continue to shop with this brand but maybe online instead.

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
You or whoever you designated as your pickup person while ordering can pick up your order.
We are doing the following to keep you and your family safe: frequent cleaning, capping the number of guests in-store, and available face masks and gloves for you and our store teams.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
