Great staff. Made an appointment with them to evaluate my knee and everything went smoothly and easily. Did X-rays there and right after spoke with Dr. Watson who did a test strength on my knee and recommended that I get an MRI for further information. His staff was able to set up an an appointment for me to get an MRI the same day. Found out I had a torn meniscus.

Have had an exceptional experience so far. They were able to expedite surgery for a work injury, which I feel has improved my recovery. They’ve seamlessly coordinated with my employer, workman’s comp coordinator, and physical therapy providers and I couldn’t be happier with the progress of my recovery. I would chose this practice for my care again 10/10.

The medical care is great. Dealing with their scheduling/referral department is a nightmare. So if you can actually get in for an appointment (good luck), you will receive very good care. It has now been a month since my surgery and I still have not received orders for physical therapy. I have seen Dr. Butler in person twice, including the surgery. To say that I'm angry would be an understatement. Their scheduling/referral department has denied they have a referral when, in fact, they had one good for two visits. This seems to be having the surgery was a waste of time, and may have to be redone. My arm is still painful and useless.

The doctors and staff are refreshingly engaged in your recovery and thank you Dr Donaldson for assisting with making my visit a success. The down side that I explained to the staff, is it is impossible for someone on crutches to get in the building due to the doors are swinging vs sliding and the phone system to ask for help was a 40 minute process in Tenacity and patience getting assistance to get into the building. If you need to go there for an appointment you need to take someone with you to assist You with getting into first the correct building, then getting through the doors. From there it’s pretty simple. If you are there for a lower extremity have a wheel chair or request one.

We have an affiliate that is an expert in the auto accident area and they book patients on our schedules. They are called Waypoint. Please dial the appointment line and let the operator know that your appointment is due to an accident and you will be transferred and booked accordingly. We hope this helps.
Hi Janice. We take over 200 insurance plans. We will need more information to determine if OMG is covered under the plan. You can call your insurance plan and see if we are an approved provider or if you call us and we can work together to find the answers. Our Phone number is 813-684-2663
Hi Mr Durr, Thanks for asking a great question. The cost varies based on your insurance and the facility where you have the surgery and they type of implant needed. The best way to find a realistic answer would be to 1) Contact your insurance carrier 2) Come see one of our knee replacement surgeons. If they determine you need a knee replacement the team can help walk you through that process. www.OMGTB.com
Our group takes most insurances. It is a long list, but if you call our service center they would be able to provide more information 813-684-2663. Also, if you book an appointment on our website, www.omgtb.com, the list is on there as well.
They gave me other options when preliminarily it looked like I had AVN. It's going to depend on how advanced it is. Great doctor's though, I highly recommend them. I've had a problem with my hip no other doctors could figure out for 4 years and I saw this group one time and was on my way to a treatment plan.
