Why Bother

When the previous employees were there years ago like the the young Spanish female Cellfix was ran beautifully, now it’s sort of a scam. They’re charging $170 for an iPhone 7 in 2022 at this moment haha.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to get my screen fixed cause it was completely broken and Frankie “fixed” it. 5 days later I had this line going across my phone so I went to the Apple store to have them look at it on my lunch break and they showed me how my screen wasn’t placed on correctly and it was literally lifting so the LCD was starting to bleed through so naturally l went back to Frankie and showed him what I had learned and explained everything Apple told me. You could physically see the screen was lifted (honestly I didn’t notice when I picked it up i immediately put my phone in my case so I wouldn’t drop and potentially break it) Frankie just kept saying “ I check all my work and it was fine when you left the store I don’t know how you handle your phone outside of the store” i told him my screen is literally lifted can you explain how that happens in 5 days … he couldn’t . The manager was supposed to get in contact with me, I kept calling them for 2 weeks and eventually gave up. Got my phone fixed down the street for about $20 less and NO TYPE OF LIFTING. Horrible service at this place and horrible quality, never again.

I got my phone fixed here plenty of times. Store manager Franky always hooked me up. Today I called and some young dude tried to overcharge me 170 over the phone for glass repair. I told him I been there before and he would not help me when I got my phone fixed here and bought phones for my kids! I always pay 90 but now they trying to change prices sneaky and overcharge loyal customers. I got a lot of phones and I go to the cellfix on west Hillsborough all the time not no more!
