People be aware !!!!! Went there to change to Verizon because I had issues with my previous company so I got two new phones then my previous company came with a better deal so I went to Verizon there at that store turn in the device 24 hours after I got them I pay 166 for a find and walk out 6 month later I get a bill that I owe 1300 for a device with a bogus number BE Aware the Guy that help me Charge a device and charge it to my closed account….,

Unfortunately, my initial review of 5 stars was retracted. I had been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I left 2 years to a competitor and went back. Now, unfortunately, I will be leaving again, this time, for good. After paying a credit card bill of $1297.00 for "out the door" expenses, I was quite disheartened. I was wished "good luck" as I left the store feeling defeated with no more strength to fight the losing battle.
