Shoutout to Kristal! She has personally been the most helpful ATT employee I have ever seen. We have been having issues with our phone since we got it two years ago! ATT has been trying to fix it for the last month. I received several SIM cards, took it to multiple ATT stores, but she was the one who finally helped us fix everything! She was calling contacts who may be able to help, and assisted with us finally getting our phone back to normal. Kristal, thank you so much! We appreciate you, and will only come to you from now on :)
