Horrible experience all around. They lied to me about how much my old phone was worth so I would buy a more expensive one. I had the old phone with me but it wouldn’t update the new phone in the store so I did it at home. I didn’t find out they lied until I came back to turn in the old phone. Plus they signed me up for insurance on the new phone after I told them I didn’t want it. Definitely go to a different store. This one is terrible.

Horrible horrible Experience! Poor customer service yesterday to pay a bill there were 2 sales rep and the supervisor name Jonathan. First of all I was not acknowledged by none. Jonathan was the one that took care of me he looked annoyed and bother when I said I needed to pay my bill. He promptly asked me for my phone number and proceeded to ask for my ID. Not friendly at all!!! Right after I asked him how much would I need to pay to upgrade my phone he said you owe $33 and then you could upgrade i proceeded to pay the amount due. Right after I paid it he said we do not take cash for taxes on upgraded and I asked what did he mean since I had already made 2 transactions in cash. He reply it’s the company policy I said am confused. I called At&T customer service and they said there is not policy that indicate they cannot take cash. I promptly asked him for the Store he acted like he didn’t know and gave me the address I reply I need the store location not the address he got annoyed and let me talking by myself then I asked who was the supervisor he said me then I asked who was the store manager he reply Luis I said may I speak to him he said am the one in charge he’s not here. At that point I felt discriminated and embarresed by the way I was treated at that location. I would never never visit that store. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life.
