Good condominiums in the area but it doesn't have carpet flooring in rooms.

Divyakant Tahlyan

Good community overall, but some units might have a roach problem, so check before you sign a lease. The community does not have a gym or a grill, which is a drawback, but there are a few tennis courts, a pool and a racquet ball court to compensate. If you are USF student, buses stop in front of the community, which is a plus.

Ashutosh Patra

This is one of the best communities in the locality in terms of Price. Plus no Water or sewage fees for tenants. Trees all over with lots of greenery and a nice temperature controlled pool and a tennis court. Lacks a gym though.

Supun B Attanayake

The place is between the 46th and 42nd streets. Nearby to two Bull runner(USF Busses) stops. The place is beautiful and serene. The structure of 1BB is a bit like a hotel corridor. Not bad but not the best setup.
