Id rather live in the projects. This place is poorly ran. the water is shut off every day. the management is rude and eat in your face while you address a problem. the stairs are wobbly, my balcony has been broken for months, no sign of any response to my 6 trouble tickets. wow. JUST DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY. worse place tampa has to offer for rent.

If living here is your last resort, prepare to deal with a lot of problems LIKE THE WATER ALWAYS BEING SHUT OFF. Imagine waking up to start your busy day and not being able to brush your teeth or shower. This complex is completely over priced, in poor condition and has terrible management. They don’t care about the well being of the residents. My 2/2 is $1710 when I should be paying much less for its condition. So many things needed to be taken care of when I moved in. When I addressed my concerns to the office, they threw it in my face that they did me a favor by moving me in quickly. Even after addressing my concerns, nothing was taken care of. My sliding door is broken and I always fear someone will come in and harm me or my child. My daughters bathtub was cheaply painted and started pealing. She had to stop taking baths in fear of paint poisoning. These apartments only care about taking your money but not making sure you are well taken care of. I can’t wait to leave!

I do not recommend renting here. They steal your deposit money. Even if you leave the unit in good standards. They kept my daughters $800 and my $600. So many excuses as to they mailed it to the apartment I moved out of as if that makes sense. Than they mailed it to my address a month ago still nothing. I have resulted to reporting this company to the Better Business Bearu for all I know the office people stole it. They are very unprofessional.

Worst management ever!! 1 star is actually being generous…. This is the most disorganized apartment complex I’ve ever seen! They never answer the phone don’t answer emails expect about a week later just not a proper way to run a business let alone people homes.. they definitely don’t care half of Victoria did when I was moving in!
