This used to be a great place for senior citizens and the middle aged. But once new management took over they had absolutely no sympathy whatsoever for all of the dedicated tenants that have been there for years, even a decade. The rent was raised to 1500 within 2-3 months, forcing plenty of people to move out. There were many retired/disabled people there, forced to leave their homes because of the raised rent. Instead of giving them more time or even keeping the seniors there because they pay on time from their checks, they throw a warning note on raising the rent, giving them no choice but to have to leave, get thrown out, and/or become homeless. This place deserves even less than a star!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. They will raise your rent every 3 months. The old management was great and accommodating but this new management only cares about making money with a place that is not worth what you're paying for in rent. For the money you are paying here there are better places out there in the Tampa area. Outdated appliances, old windows with mold, and pipes. Pipes are always clogged. Don't forget the surrounding area. I can't count the amount of times I have been awoken by someone playing music at 3 am. YOU WILL NOT SLEEP DURING MAJOR HOLIDAYS: CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S ESPECIALLY, unless you can sleep through ridiculously loud music. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

What a joke. Condominiums? The slum lords have moved in. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would do it 10 thousand times. I pay my rent one month ahead and got a note

New owners have taken over and are raising the rent from the first of the year and are forcing people who are on disability that have lived here for years to have to find a new place to live! It's just not right!
