The new HOA and owner residents are really working to make The Place an even greater place to live. Walkable to restaurants, bars and shopping. Convenient to TECO streetcar stop. Great place to live if you have dogs since it’s a dog friendly neighborhood and the dog park right across the street.

This place has made a dramatic change since the owners took over the board. My spouse and I bought a unit 3 years ago. The initial board, unfortunately, served the wishes of the original bulk owner. We now have elected board members who care for what’s good for us. We have great neighbors who truly care for each. And the location…. It’s perfect !!!

Moved into The Place about 10 months ago and it's been a positive experience since I got here. It's recently converted to full condos so seeing my neighbors have pride in ownership and making great efforts to create a close knit community is refreshing. The neighbors are all very friendly and the recent change in management and board has been great leap in making this place better. The location is ideal as you're close to anything and everything within the downtown/Channelside area and are a stones throw into south Tampa and surrounding areas.

The Place is a beautiful condo complex. Third floor pool, great clubhouse, and great views of downtown Tampa. The neighborhood and surrounding restaurants are exquisite.
