This place is horrible. The HOA is useless. The plumbing is terrible. Just about every week my place is flooding from neighbors water usage that backs up into my unit and no one wants to fix the pipes.

The windows in my newly bought unit has windows that rattle when the kids play in their room, upstairs. The window panes are separated from the frames. who is responsible or repairs and replacement?
